Addendum; I feel better today, thank god. I don't know what that was. i have more energy and less nausea. my stomach is still distended so I have to drink and eat little amounts really slow. Hopefully later, I will spew out something more interesting than this litany of ailments. I am hoping to be outside and maybe a small car ride. There is a wrap party tonight. maybeI can go for 20 min
Ellen, definitely sit outside and take the short car ride. The sun and fresh air are good for all of us. Such a great mood booster, and it's good for the soul. I'm heading out for a little bit to catch up on my sun delivered vitamin d and experiment with my new camera. Trying a new hobby: photograhy.
ReplyDeleteBill love photography. I have a Canon. You can't take too many pictures! Have fun! don't be afraid to play with your aperture.

ReplyDeleteAperture and f-stop adjustments are next. Too chicken today, just used the auto mode. It was the first time using my Nikon. I just upgraded from a point n shoot to a dslr. Posted the pics on fb. Went to Oakland Cemetery. I want to go back on a totally overcast day - the mood and shadows will be different. I'll probably like them better with the clouds.
ReplyDeleteAs long as we are hearing from you - we really don't care if it is a "litany of ailments". We do want to know how you are feeling and if ailments it is then ailments it is.

I'm with Frank. This is your blog. I'm so grateful you're talking about your journey - the good parts and the hard parts. Thank you for sharing it all. xo
ReplyDeleteDon't be afraid to play with your aperture, but not in public.
