Wig part deux

Got the wig, cost a bloody fortune. He flat ironed it and I was like, no! Think big, think 80s hair.lol! He fixed it. It looks good not a perfect match but ok. Then I got a baseball cap with a pony tail. That is going to be what I wear a lot but mainly those soft caps. I have bald patches now and my head is tender. This too shall pass. So I am covered. No more being called sir in the restaurant. No more stares. Between the wig session, bloodwork,picking up new non constipating pain meds, I am wiped. 6 hours of sitting up. I came home and collapsed. That is big.it is nice out so I am laying on the sofa watching food network. Hoping it will bore me to sleep. It usually works. Ok well tomorrow is riki and then chemo th. Still apprehensive. leslie needs to go home for a longer period of time. Give me a shout if you are up for spending the night. That is when help, I don't need to be alone. I do better at home. Can't be with mom every night and lulu needs a break. peace.
