I napped and then I went on a car ride. We drove through Chastain Park. Then we went to whole foods and explored soft food options and organic soaps and moisturizers. I feel dried up from the inside out without these ovaries. So we got settled with the moisturizers. I got some Cherry Garcia. I haven"t had ice cream in 2 months. That little taste was divine. Then we went to London trading and I got some go go earrings. They look good with my new no hair do. I have to rethink jewelry without this mountain of hair.
Now back in the lazboy. Watching a little Giada.
That outing was tiring.
I have has some femur pain and my legs have really shrunk and have gotten rather weak. Sooo we are having a bone scan next week. It will be good to have a baseline.
Cecelia said if I was going to feel real bad from the chemo, I would have. So one down. Thank you God for making it bearable,
Oh by the way........ I have peed out 20 pounds of fluid since Monday. Yep, I lost TWENTY pounds in 2 days. Can you believe it?

ReplyDeleteWow! So glad to hear that you are home and feeling better. Ridley must be ecstatic. Loved reading about his play with the kids. We have some in our neighborhood who love to come and play with our boys and it's always so much fun to watch. Cherry Garcia...good choice! Hang in there.
