Saturday
Last night was fun. So great to be back home for a bit. So nice to be in my bed. Ridley was delighted to be home and was super snuggly. We went to Alsace in Decatur, one of my favorites. Had a little pate and some salmon on top of isreali cous cous with artichokes. I actually ate a good bit. I am supposed to eat as much oily fish as I can. Then we watched Black Swan. What a stupid movie. Just my opinion with all the hype I expected more. Now with my bottle of electrolyte water and a mote, i am going to sit on the porch for a bit. This breeze is divine and then rent the fighter. Really excited about that one. We had a hard time deciding last night. I went to publix and pushed the buggy all over the store. Considering I was in a wheelchair last weekend, I think that is progress. I am glad moms getting a break from me. She has a big day planned. I am so happy to be alone for a few hours. I have not been alone in 7 weeks. Heaven! Tonight will be fun too but I am not sure what wew are doing. I am thinking colonnade.

ReplyDeleteI will slumber party with you anytime, but don't let me pick the movie again. Black Swan was just weird and not nearly as good as it thought itself to be. You seemed at peace in your house, there is a lot to be said about being in your own space. I hope you can continue to stay home between chemos, I will be more than happy to sleep over anytime and have girl time.
