Anyways

I am somewhat better. Have to go to the ear nose and throat dr. Then catscan brain if vertigo doesn't stop. Jeez. I hope it clears up on it's own. my dude retired. So meanwhile I am just laying here bored. I read some cookbooks today. Sick of tv. Rid is cuddled at my feet and I am restless. I am too tired to bitch about anything. I have no real observations. It seems the longer I am sick, the slower life moves. It was so fast for so long and now it just flows by slowly. I can't believe I have been in bed since feb. I mean I get up but a good part of my day is laying down. Anyways... I have stayed away from politics on tv but I have to say the whole John Wayne gacy thing was hilarious. What a dumb woman.... How can these people run for office and be so ignorant in history etc. I hate the dumbing down of America and the rabid hatred and intolerance. It is something I really can't deal with since I have gotten sick. That is why I watch cooking shows so my head does not explode. In school we learned about freedom, people's rights, the amendments. Now people just throw everything out the window and make up their own arguments. Both sides are so rabidly nasty. It is more about the fight than about producing results to solve universal problems that everyone wants solved. So I gaze at politics from a distance and stay ensconced in my cooking shows.
