Ahhhhh

I am sitting here enjoying the life giving bean. It is cool. I am happy on my porch. I have a frigging hemmeroid. How dainty. Andy my high school friend and college roomie is comimg to visit this weekend for a bit. That will be fun. i slept restlessly, i think going to the store is in order today. I think i can do publix or whole foods but not both. They told me to eat alot of wild salmon so that might be nice tonight. Food is still not my friend. I wish it was.
Here is to a great day, i hope mine is normal, whatever that is.

  1. remember that old saying, "why be normal?"...heck, like you said, whatever that is...hope you have a great day. Great way we cook salmon is preheat oven to 425, then put salmon in cast iron skillet (sprayed with Pam)and BROIL on high for 9 mins then switch oven to 425 for another 9 mins, comes out perfect every time! I like to season with montreal steaks seasoning, but not sure if you can have that? XO

  3. Since I usually cook for one, I make some excellent Wild Caught Salmon in my toaster oven. Sea Salt, fresh black pepper and stuff it with fresh Basil from my garden and a little lemon on top. Bakes up perfect.
