Update on Ellen

It's Leslie posting with an update. Ellen has gotten significantly weaker since she last posted, but is still fighting a good fight. She is not up for any visitors or phone calls and she is also not able to respond to emails or texts. I will keep everyone posted as we know more. Please keep Ellen in your prayers for now. Thanks!

    Thanks for posting, Leslie, her friends and followers appreciate any updates you can provide. Our prayers are with Ellen and your family. She mentioned you were coming down with the baby - has she met her precious nephew yet?

    oh, man, i am SO sorry to read this. is there any chance, leslie, that ellen's acupuncturist could be called to come by and attempt to give her some relief? lifting ellen and your whole family up in prayer. peace be with you all--

    Hey Leslie - mom (Anne Sturgis) updated me on the latest with your arrival and Ellen's condition. Congratulations to you and your husband on the birth of your baby. I know Ellen had to be thrilled to meet her niece and to have you close by. Blessings on all of you. You are a great sister and I know you would not be anywhere else.

    Leslie, congratulations on Patrick! He is so handsome. Thanks for getting him to Ellen. As you said, that's all she wanted.

    This is such a sad thing to come upon today. I remember Ellen from high school as such a fun loving happy girl. I'm so sorry she had to suffer with cancer. I read a post on facebook from Mike Biddle which sad RIP to Ellen. She will certainly be missed but not forgotten.
