Tuesday

I fell asleep watching tv last night and woke up at midnight and could not go back to sleep. Watched knocked up. What a dumb movie. Watched diners drive ins and dives. Drank gatorade. Went back to sleep woke up at 6 to eat and drink something before my procedure. Can't eat or drink after 7. Procedure is at one but I have to be at hospital at 11. Boring. No biggie I just have to wait and wait. I know I will feel better. The iv fluids and the potassium helped yesterday. Fucking tumors..... Anyways I think I will go back home today. It will be nice to get a few things done. I have a lot of paperwork to organize. I think I might have some medical write offs. I only paid the deductibles and office visits and drugs but since I made so little I might be in business. Who wanted the gumbo recipe? It just said anonymous. Email me or give me your email address and I will give it to you. I have a Cajun gumbo I make and I have a Mississippi delta gumbo with okra and seafood which is awesome. I know alot of people don't like okra but this gumbo is good. My aunt edwina makes it and everything she makes is delicious. She can even make liver taste good. Go figure. And I hate liver. I really hope draining my tummy works because I want to pig out on Christmas. I may even eat some meat. Just a Few bites but the thought of some juicy beef tenderloin or a succulent lamb chop is driving me crazy. I haven't eaten hardly any meat in a year. I did have a hamburger and it was delicious but i paid dearly for that. I think I also had some sort of stewed lamb at an Indian place and that was ok. When I eat Asian there are small amounts of pork in dumplings and things. That doesn't seem to bother me. My friend gave me the name of this Szechuan place in doraville I am waiting to try. The minute I feel better i am there. Ok enough about food.
Peace out.

  1. It wasn't me who asked for your Gumbo recipe, but I would love it. Thinking of you all the time. Lots of love, Bethie

  2. I hope the procedure went well. Praying for you at this time of the year. I don't know how you can stand all the poking, blood draws and injections. You're a strong woman, much braver than most. Keep up the sassy attitude, that's going to get you through the tough times.
